About Me

My name is Beth Moore, art educator! I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's degree in Art Education and I have a Master's in education from Bethel University.

This is my sixth year teaching. I teach elementary art at public schools as well as preschool lessons, camps, and private lessons.

I am also an aspiring author. I have published an article with SchoolArts Magazine and I look forward to more writing opportunities in the future!

My artwork is frequently featured in the Boro Art Crawl where I show my encaustic paintings, which are made with paper, sting, and melted wax. You can see more of my work here.

I have an excellent husband who is an instrument repair technician.

We have two adorable boys, Zoot and Vega.

This website is to inform parents of what we are doing in class, to inspire and help other art educators, and to share resources. Please reach out if you would like more information on a lesson! Happy making!
